About us
At Tiny Mighty Childcare, we are a non-profit childcare centre in Calgary where children are safe, happy, and cared for with love.
Our programs follow Alberta’s FLIGHT: Alberta’s Early Learning and Care Framework and are inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, seeing every child as curious and capable.
Through play and hands-on learning, we help children grow confidence, creativity, and a sense of belonging.
Program
Infant (12–18 Months)​
Our Infant Program provides a warm, nurturing environment where babies feel safe to explore and grow. Educators support each child’s individual routines while encouraging early development through sensory play, movement, music, and caring interactions that build strong emotional connections.

Toddler Program (19–35 Months)
The Toddler Program supports children’s growing curiosity and independence. Through play-based activities such as art, music, storytelling, and outdoor exploration, toddlers develop language, social skills, confidence, and coordination in a supportive environment.
Preschool Program (3–5 Years)
Our Preschool Program is inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, where children are viewed as capable, curious learners. Through play, exploration, and project-based learning, children investigate their interests, express creativity, and develop early literacy, problem-solving, and social skills.
Educators act as guides, encouraging collaboration, communication, and discovery while helping children build confidence and a strong foundation for their transition to kindergarten
